Cold Form Aluminium Foil (also known as cold forming foil or cold form foil) is a high-barrier multi-layer composite material specially engineered for pharmaceutical Alu-Alu blister packaging.
It features excellent deep-draw cold forming performance, which enables the foil to be stretched and formed into blister cavities at room temperature without heating. With ultra-low water vapor and oxygen transmission rate, it completely blocks moisture, oxygen and UV light, offering superior protection for sensitive medicines and greatly extending shelf life.
Manufactured under strict pharmaceutical cleanroom standards, the cold form foil has low pinhole rate, uniform thickness and stable mechanical properties. It works perfectly with different lidding foils including easy-tear alu-alu foil, and runs smoothly on high-speed blister packaging lines.
