Heat Seal Coating
Colorless vinyl resin (tinted resin optional), fully compliant with regulations for direct pharmaceutical contact. The coating is specially formulated for stable heat sealing with PVC and PVDC-coated PVC films.
Coating Weight Options:
4–6 GSM (±0.5 GSM)
6–8 GSM (±0.5 GSM)
Standard default coating: 4 GSM (±0.5 GSM) if no specific requirement.
Seal Strength (with PVC / PVDC): Min. 8 N/25 mm Printing & Lacquer Coating
Custom printing is available according to customer-approved layout, text and color shade. Non-printed foil will be coated with clear protective lacquer for excellent printability and surface protection.
All inks and lacquers can withstand 180°C within 1 second dwell time

Unprinted foil available in jumbo roll
