PVC/LDPE laminated sheet is a two-layer composite rigid packaging material, manufactured by laminating rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) substrate with low-density polyethylene (LDPE) sealing layer.
The PVC layer provides mechanical rigidity, good thermoformability, dimensional stability and excellent transparency for blister forming. The LDPE layer acts as the heat-sealing layer, featuring outstanding heat seal compatibility with aluminium foil, good moisture resistance and chemical inertness.
