This three-layer composite rigid film is a high-barrier pharmaceutical packaging material. Ordinary PVC/LDPE composite sheets tend to suffer from insufficient barrier performance after tablet forming; the contents inside may escape during storage, leading to medicine efficacy loss, and even safety risks for consumers. As a result, economic losses and negative market impacts arise. Thanks to the outstanding barrier property of PVDC, it delivers excellent shielding effect for medicines, and becomes an ideal packaging material for volatile preparations.
We adopt pharma-grade PVC as base substrate, coated with imported PVDC latex from BASF Germany, then laminated with LDPE. The finished film features 16 times higher barrier performance than regular PVC. It has great moisture resistance, good rigidity and flexibility, and meets strict requirements for pharmaceutical packaging. It can be used for various volatile liquid medicines, keeping contents stable, non-leaking and non-deteriorating.
Superior barrier capability: 16 times higher barrier than ordinary PVC, effectively blocking vapor and oxygen
Excellent moisture-proof performance, protects volatile drugs
High transparency & good rigidity, stable at room temperature
Non-toxic, no chloromethane monomer, environmental-friendly
No delamination, 100,000-level clean workshop production
Long shelf life protection: with PVDC coating, medicine shelf life can reach at least 2 years. Ordinary PVC packaging will let gas and liquid penetrate within 6 months.
Good heat-sealing performance, suitable for blister packaging
